To get the Volcano Badge you must:

1.  Write a report on a famous volcano.

2.  Make a poster of the types of volcanoes and label the parts of a volcano.

3.  Write a mini report on the Roman myth of Vulcan and the etymology of the word volcano.

4. Make a Map of the Ring of Fire (place a red dot on the major volcano locations)

     Write an explanation of what the Ring of Fire is and how it was created.

5. Then you have to make a tiny model of a volcano and if you want to get fancy you

can have it erupt
